Story 1
There was once I entered a restaurant at Plaza Singapura with my friends. We ordered our food and started talking. I must be having so much fun with my friends; I failed to chew on my food before swallowing. Then, I had this leafy vegetable stuck in my throat and I thought I was going to die. I had trouble breathing. I kept drinking water but it didn’t work. I even finished my friends’ drinks, but it was still stuck there. Then a clumsy waiter behind me accidentally hit my back somehow, and miraculously, the vegetable went down my throat. Under usual circumstances, I would be unpleased with such a gesture, but hey, he saved my life.
Story 2
There was once when I was in the lift, I wanted to go home. My apartment was on the 6th storey. I pressed the 1st floor button when I’m at the ground floor. The doors of the lift closed and, I moved to my favourite position in the lift, expecting it to move. It didn’t. I started to panic I repeatedly press the 1st floor button again and yet there was no motion. I got afraid so I pressed for the alarm. It rang real loud. I held onto the alarm for 5 minutes before I realised I was being stupid. I then pressed for my floor and reached home safely.
hmmm..first false..second true
first one true, second false– held on to the alarm for 5 mins???
first one true, second one false.
you tricky lil boy you.
you trying to play some kinda reverse psychology thingthing?
cos now you’ve gotten me confused!
well i shall stick to my gut feeling and go with the first one false, the second true.
hmmm….. both stories are very interesting incidents huh? i guess the first one is true while the second one is false.
The second one is true. If you can cough and swallow water, then you weren’t choking. You just had something stuck in your throat. And Ryan wins, on a techincality!
I think the second one is true.
first one false. second one is true. panic is one hell of a drug.
